At LEKKER Bikes, we want you to love your ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.
Pack Your Gear
Ensure the bike or accessory is in its original, unused condition and securely packed in the original LEKKER packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Drop off your package at a designated courier point or schedule a home collection through our shipping partner using the provided return documentation.
Inspection and Refund
Once our mechanics inspect the returned items at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
